📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.,Design and implement Stripe's payment solutions tailored to client needs.,Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation process.,Monitor and optimize payment solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payment processing.,Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.,Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues.,Document implementation processes and best practices for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in a consulting or implementation role, preferably in the payment processing industry.,Strong technical skills in payment processing and related technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful project implementation.,Familiarity with Stripe's products and services is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the payment processing industry.
