📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial and commercial equipment.
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct equipment inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Use specialized tools and software such as SAP, Maximo, and other industry-standard equipment.
- Document all maintenance activities and customer interactions thoroughly.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in diagnosing and repairing equipment issues.
- Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SAP and Maximo is a significant advantage.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
