ManpowerGroup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch of our new electronics manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics production and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving efficiency improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily production operations ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production operators to achieve production targets.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics production processes and quality control methods.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.
