📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial and commercial equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Conduct equipment inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
• Use specialized tools and software such as SAP, Maximo, and other industry-standard equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities and customer interactions thoroughly.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in diagnosing and repairing equipment issues.
• Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SAP and Maximo is a significant advantage.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
