📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer homes to collect loan payments and address any issues they may have.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Provide guidance and support to customers to help them manage their loans effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate loan repayments to maintain the financial health of our customers.
• Use our internal systems, including the Home Credit Collection System (HCCS), to track and manage loan repayments.
• Collaborate with other teams within Home Credit to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of our operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian market and financial services industry.
• Familiarity with using computers and relevant software, including Microsoft Office and the Home Credit Collection System (HCCS).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for visiting customer homes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
