📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage patient transportation within and outside hospital facilities
• Ensure timely and safe transfers for patients
• Maintain accurate records of patient transfers and logistics
• Assist in managing hospital logistics and supplies
• Provide compassionate and professional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient transport or related healthcare support roles
• Knowledge of hospital logistics and patient care procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using patient transport management software such as MedTrans, EPIC, or similar systems
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for patient transport
• Certification in First Aid or CPR is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
