📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the repair and replacement of damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Utilize maintenance management software such as SAP PM or Maximo to track and manage maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance and infrastructure management.
• Proven track record in maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or Maximo.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid certification in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
