📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and maintain API documentation for developers.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids and diagrams for documentation.,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
