📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all site facilities and equipment.,Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.,Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facility operations.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment status.,Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and timely manner.,Collaborate with the management team to improve facility operations and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or facility maintenance.,Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with healthcare facilities is a plus.
