In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document control, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure all project documents are accurately recorded, stored, and retrieved in accordance with company policies and industry standards.,Monitor and control document distribution to ensure all stakeholders have access to the correct information.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure document accuracy and completeness.,Maintain document control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.,Identify and resolve document-related issues to minimize project delays and risks.,Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless document flow across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or a similar role within the construction industry.,Strong understanding of document control systems and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations is a plus.
