In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and managing the recruitment process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process for various roles within the company.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.,Manage and maintain the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS and job boards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
