📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
