📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to management.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successful in their roles.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
