📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing play-based learning activities
• Supervise children during playtime and group activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Support the lead teacher in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
• Assist with lesson preparation and material setup, including educational toys, books, and activity sheets
• Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
• Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a playschool setting
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Flexible and adaptable to the school's schedule and requirements
