🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of business operations and a proven ability to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of operations personnel.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
