📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop staff to meet company standards and goals.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
