📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our business goals.,Manage and mentor the team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.,Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and work with the finance team to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Lead and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Ensure that the company's vision and values are communicated and embodied throughout the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.,Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
