📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Manage the accounting budget and ensure it is used effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing and supervising accounting teams.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
