📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer transactions.,Participate in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.,Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
