📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management.,Support the Store Manager in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
