Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
