As the Head Barista/Head Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive beverage menu that reflects the unique flavors and culture of Bali. You will work closely with our executive chef to ensure seamless integration between food and beverage offerings. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, training and development of your team, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

• Lead and mentor a team of baristas and bartenders to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute a comprehensive beverage menu that highlights the unique flavors and culture of Bali.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of coffee, tea, and other beverage supplies.
• Train and develop baristas and bartenders to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Collaborate with the executive chef to ensure seamless integration between food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the beverage preparation areas.
• Ensure that all beverage offerings meet quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista or bartender in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of baristas and bartenders.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Familiarity with beverage trends and the ability to create innovative menu items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
