📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business processes,Manage and develop a high-performing team of employees,Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them,Maintain accurate financial records and reports,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with financial management and accounting principles,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English
