📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily activities and lessons,Supervise and care for children during classroom activities and outdoor play,Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment,Assist in preparing and serving meals to the children,Document children's progress and communicate with parents,Participate in team meetings and professional development activities,Adhere to the preschool's policies and procedures,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children aged 2-6 years,Strong knowledge of early childhood development and education principles,Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and teachers,First Aid certification is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian language is required,Passionate about working with children and promoting their overall development,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
