📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.,Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.,Assist in the creation of social media ads and campaigns to reach a wider audience and achieve marketing goals.,Conduct research to identify new social media opportunities and trends that can benefit our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Proficient in using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
