📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the operations department, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to the team of accounting assistants, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update the company's financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures, and to ensure their compliance with company standards.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to improve the company's financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, with a strong background in accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
