🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on rewards and recognition programs.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in compensation and benefits software, such as Paylocity, ADP, or Workday.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
