📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily outlet operations to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain operational excellence.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.,Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve outlet processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the outlet.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Promote the brand and products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
