Sun Bay Lestari is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Provide training and development opportunities for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
