📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, creating and scheduling engaging content
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our marketing strategies
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, from concept to execution
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions
• Support the development of marketing materials, including social media graphics and promotional content
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and ideas

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social is a plus
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva is a bonus
