📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and address departmental challenges and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of departmental processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally as required by the role.
