📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks.,Install, configure, and update software applications.,Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.,Monitor system performance and ensure data security.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and systems such as Helpdesk, Active Directory, and VPN.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of data security and privacy principles.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
