📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.,Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Optimize inventory management and stock control systems.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
