📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both students and the lead tutor.,Support the lead tutor in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Assist with the preparation of lesson materials and resources.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students on their performance.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the tutor team.,Support the lead tutor in managing student behavior and addressing any issues that arise.,Assist with the organization of school events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Previous experience working with young learners is a plus.,Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and student needs.
