📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the management of the healthcare team, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.,Support the head nurse in developing and implementing healthcare policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in healthcare.,Assist in the management of the healthcare facility, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness.,Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, ensuring they feel valued and respected.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse or in a similar healthcare role.,Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing a healthcare team or assisting in healthcare operations is a plus.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
