In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, including preparing and submitting customs documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, and resolving any issues that may arise during the clearance process. You will use industry-standard tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to manage and track customs clearances. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end customs clearance processes for international shipments.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Monitor and track customs clearances using industry-standard software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the customs clearance process.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs clearances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and international trade.
• Proficient in using customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid customs broker license or certification is a plus.
