📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets and KPIs,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Conduct regular staff training and development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a sales or service-oriented environment,Proven track record of managing branch operations and driving sales growth,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Understanding of local market trends and customer needs,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
