📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Backup and restore data as required.,Monitor system performance and security, and implement necessary measures to ensure data integrity and security.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
